I have recently ordered the Edison robot from 365 computing for my nephew for Christmas. Due to issues with Royal Mail my parcel has taken a really long time to arrive but they couldn’t have been any more helpful, posting out a replacement, chasing Royal Mail repeatedly and checking in on the tracking regularly and keeping me up to date. Really disappointing that the issues with Royal Mail are affecting other companies like this as it’s what makes people order from places like Amazon rather than direct but this is what sets the smaller companies apart the customer service has been second to none. Thanks especially to Stephen. You’ve been amazing. I would definitely shop with you again.
