Our managed service includes a free break/fix service as standard in our subscriptions. We will repair your equipment for free at our workshop, all you pay is the cost of any new parts if required. This reduces the cost of ownership and extend the life of devices like iPads which can break easily and be expensive to get repaired. Our Managed IT Service also have access to our Customer Support Portal where you can raise support tickets even if we arent on-site.

With 25 years combined experience working on-site in schools we have a thorough understanding of how schools work. With appreciation of importance of safeguarding we make sure all of our staff are DBS checked.
